When will we be able to use this? My site doesn't have a refund button, either. I got a lot of other options, that I'm using as they come out, but no refund button. Would have come in handy today!

We apologize to anyone who does not currently have access to the updated apply a refund functionality featured in this video. We are currently investigating the issue. In the meantime, you are still able to apply refunds through the method used before this update. Instructions below: 

1.Navigate to the order on the account page that you wish to apply a refund to. 

2.Click on “Paid Apply A Refund” button. A new window should appear. 

3.At the point, go to the payment amount field and input the dollar amount you wish to refund with a minus sign in front of it. (ex. Refund of $5 would be written -5.00) 

4.Click add payment

5.You will see a notice that the refund amount has been added. 

6.To confirm, the bottom of your order on the account page should now include refund as a line item in green.
